RESILIENCE Demonstrate a strong platform with relevant services and resources in the right markets - market knowledge and insight - size and scale - opportunities for growth - macro/economic issues and trends - position in sector
EVIDENCE Include key stories from the year that highlight the value drivers in the organisation - people, culture and skills - innovation - operational efficiency - services - organic growth - new markets
