Treatment of Graphs/Charts/Information:

Organograms (family trees) can be used to show structure (especially with complex organisations or ones with lots of out-lying departments, which may not understand how they fit into the ‘big’ picture).

Graphs and charts should convey information easily and succinctly and not be ‘over-designed’.

They can be used to draw attention to targets ‘achieved’ or ‘exceeded’ when there is a positive story to tell

Other things to consider include:

Have you any certificates: ‘ISO 9001’, ‘Investor in People’, ‘Queen’s Award to Industry’ etc.

If the text is rich in acronyms or technical terms should you include a ‘glossary’
